Splendid Friends and Family!
Much love this Christmas from Elders Cooper and K.!
So our week as been so full of Christlike service and sharing the gospel with those who are prepared! We met a man named F the other day on the bus and it turns out he was taught by missionaries in Ghana 30 plus years ago and he still believes in everything he was taught. He never got baptized and so on that bus right there and then I extended the invitation... This new year is a year of change and I know that the greatest change we can ever make is to follow Christ and the example he set. The priesthood power Is restored to the earth and the loving Heavenly Father seeks to bless us if we accept and follow the teachings.
Something so important to me before and continually through my mission has been prayer. I know we have direct communication with Heavenly Father and he has answered my humble prayers. I know that especially in this Christmas season people are centered on their families and I know that the eternal family around us is missing some of the wayward brothers and sisters. Some have heard the truths of the gospel and many have not, so in the charity of your being seek to help someone else in the Christmas Season and know that the JOY we can all feel is worth far more than the new Iphone. Spending quality time with our families is better but best is sharing the gifts of Christ with those that may have lost members of their families or those that do not see their families often.
I love you all very much and send my gratitude across the pond!

"President Ulrich,

The week has been full these past couple days and I happily say it's beginning to feel like Christmas! With the distance of home and also the lack of snow the season doesn't seem the same. I was really searching for opportunities to share the gospel each moment and I found ways to simply bear witness of Christ. I have been so happy and motivated to share the gospel especially at this time of year we celebrate his birth.
The companionship of Elder K and I has become stronger and something powerful happened this morning as we exchanged Priesthood blessings. With the sickness of the season I extended the invitation for Elder K to receive a blessing and he took some convincing but we were able to use our Priesthood mightily.
As he gave me a blessing I really did connect with Heavenly Father. The blessings given and received are always a powerful witness of our fathers love yet this time seemed unique. Some very pure and foundational things were said and I know it was divine! I definitely came on my mission to better fulfill and magnify my Priesthood office.
I have had such powerful and insightful study the past week and I feel myself continuously getting to know both Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
There is a quote that I love from Boyd K. Packer's Talk Some things every missionary should know, he is actually quoting President Marion G. Romney as his mission in Australia he explains that the mission is the Lord's Mission. This quote explains, "There is one difference(in life) - now I know the Lord", I am so happy to know of my personal relationship with the Godhead! The scriptures are starting to unfold and I am loving the scriptural treasure I am realizing each time I pray and study the scriptures.
The Christmas Party this week was much needed and I am loving the Christmas season. The food was splendid the whole day was so pure and Christlike I truly enjoyed it. The Temple was magnificent and I had the opportunity to ponder about foundations of Agency, Charity and Faith. I am still striving to learn All I can from the temple and I receive new strengths and answers every time I go.
The temple heals us.
The Wrekin area/District is slowly building and I am confident in Heavenly Father's trust in me at this time. I seek to live to his expectations and also the mission rules for I know they will keep us safe.
I cannot believe we will not be having P-Day for 10 days but I know I will come out the other side in the new year a changed missionary.
Thank you for extending that invitation to pray for an hour on Christmas, I look forward to reporting back on the miracles!

I would love to wish you a Merry Christmas To both you and Sister Ulrich President:) May the blessings of Heaven pour upon you. Enjoy your Christmas and New Year!

December 19, 2016

El Grande " President Ulrich,

I have never prayed so much. The challenges Elder K and myself have overcome are now seeming less like mountains and more like speed bumps. The atonement has been so central to this situation and we could not have come to this point without your help. Your prayers and kind words have softened hearts and allowed us to see the joys of the mission. The focus that Elder K and I are developing is working spiritually smarter. As well as also finding the balance in focused fun.
Missionary work is meant to bring and develop JOY. That is what the gospel is central on and although it may seem like a fantasy, joy is not always pain-free.  Often it requires of us what we will not and do not want to give up; such as the rich man in Christ's parable regarding salvation and sacrifice.
The Wrekin area is exactly where I need to be and sacrament was such a spiritual meeting for me yesterday. I have never felt the spirit so vibrantly such as that! I was so thankful to meet a ward family that has such potential for missionary work. I think it was a true blessing to leave the friends I loved and start anew in this area. There is a quote that was actually shared by my son Elder A constantly and it is : " There is no progress in a comfort zone and there is NO Comfort in a Progress zone!" That applies exactly to where I am at right now. This opportunity to lead the Wrekin District is not always the most comfortable but it has brought progress to the work. I am thankful for my weaknesses and to have a powerful unity and understanding with Elder K. He is now finding peace in the storm and using the tools given to progress in this work.
We have been working really hard to get to know each other and to strengthen each other’s weaknesses. I have found such compassion and love for him and we have only known each other 6 days. I really am thankful I am able to serve in the Wrekin Area, as I mentioned before it has opened my eyes to the progress I can make in the future.
The work is great and I am loving the Christmas Campaign:) The gospel is centred in family units and I am grateful to be surrounded by the love and kindness of families especially near Christmas. I will miss my family very much but I know who I am and why I am here. Does that mean I am a seasoned missionary yet?
I know Heavenly Father has such a brilliant plan and I am grateful he accepted someone like me to play a role. The wonderful thing is we all have already made the correct choice to be here on earth. Absolutely all of Heavenly Father’s children knew the plan and I feel blessed to have been born with that knowledge and parentage.
Love you President,
Elder Cooper
Wrekin "

So these last couple days have been a blast!
The first couple days are always difficult adjusting but there have been so many miracles finding and teaching!!!
We have dated two friends for Baptism in the new year ( C and her 11 year old M) They are both Gold! So dynamite:)
We were able to go to a Pizza Hut all you can eat lunch with the more mature Elder and Sister H! They are wonderful they are from Orem and Elder H used to work at BYU! Thursday evening we were able to take our friend S to watch the Testaments with The Wrekin/Telford Area... I absolutely love that film and the spirit is so strong as Christ comes to America and ministers to those in need. I am so humbled to be here in England to minister as the Savior would.
I do not have many photos and I do apologize.
Christmas Dinner with the ward was gold! I love the members and sacrament was very nice yesterday.

Sending my love and very few pictures but its missionary love and that is what matters.

December 13, 2016

The mission is even more rewarding each day and the love I have for the British Isles is immense. These friends are forever.
Just read Mikes email my goodness!! Uncle Cooper? It happened!!!!!!!! This is the greatest day of life. I am honestly so humbled by this Gospel. I cried at the news... In front of my district. Oh yeah did I forget to mention... I am a DISTRICT LEADER in Wrekin.
News is overflowing. It’s such a glorious time to live and learn of the gospel.

President Ulrich,
With every end comes a new beginning. Leaving Bolton was a very bittersweet experience I will be honest. The laws of God and Nature are united such as Gravity and I will not contend. For when we contend with gravity we are usually falling and that hurts.
The bible dictionary is my new best friend. I have had such great personal studies recently based on many resources and citings in the standard works. I am so grateful for those who cross referenced and studied the fullness of the gospel. Everything is like a puzzle and I am so pleased to be a part and piece of that divine plan.
BD Conversion: "Denotes changing one’s views, in a conscious acceptance of the will of God...(becoming a) purified person--a new creature in Christ Jesus . Complete conversion comes after many trials and much testing"

Prayer is the most powerful communication in the eternity. Sorry Apple the Lord trumps this one. The Brilliance of understanding our Heavenly Father has makes me have such hope for those that I will meet and have already encountered. He hears ALL his children's pleas for change and help. Just thinking about it inspires me to learn to prioritise.
A wonderful quote from President Henry B Eyring
"Whatever our age, capacity, church calling, or location we are as one called to the work to help him in his harvest of souls until He comes again"
I cannot wait to progress the work in the Wrekin Area:) I feel so honoured for this opportunity. To know Heavenly Father has the trust in me to be the District Leader is humbling. In preparation as you counselled I have been studying as promised The White Handbook of Blessings and Honour Code. This is the time to change.
Something so inspired was said on my exchange trio with Elder A and Elder D, DL A said "Weaknesses are shown to all on the mission to refine and form our true and loving potential"… just as the atonement is perfect it is also conditional on our willingness to submit to HIS will.
I rejoice at the opportunity to see Elder A become a Trainer and see him in humility being able to listen more closely to the spirit. I am so happy he had the opportunity to train and have the confidence he will have success based upon obedience and diligence. I love him dearly and am thankful this opportunity has been fulfilled. There are many friends progressing to baptism in the close of 2016 and the sunrise of 2017! The work will go forth! I have been asked to baptise our friend K and would love to be able to travel if that is possible for the beginning of January:) That is still some time in the planning and I can't wait to rejoice in others receiving the Truth of the Gospel!
Love you President and Sister Ulrich,
Express my gratitude to your beloved companion for the hospitality in the mission home yesterday :) The meal was so lovely and I felt like it was home in all the best ways. Thank you for being so willing to do the will of the Father and Master.

This week was really crazy and I cannot express my love for prayer and this call to be DL is so humbling. Most of today's email was President’s letter and I wish to write you more next week.

December 5, 2016

So this email will be efficient and full of all the love and focus I can muster.
The past week has been full of miracles and I absolutely love the England Manchester Mission…Surprise, surprise!
"President Ulrich:)
This report seems to be alike to the others. This week was still incredible with many priesthood blessings and finding those that will receive the gospel.
Elder A.  and myself have seen miracle after miracle as our obedience has improved and we have adjusted to Heavenly Fathers plan. I am so incredibly proud of Elder A.  and all we have achieved in our companionship and we are really just laying the groundwork for our futures. I admire what you said about the mission being the MTC for life as it correlates with a letter I received last week. The trials on a mission are within the protective boundaries of the holy calling.
Our week was fantastic and I absolutely love the opportunity to invite others to light the world. Every time we watch the church video with our new friends we can always see the change within them. We met J. tracting just moments before a glorious tea appointment. She accepted the Book of Mormon and desired the opportunity to see the baptismal font. Answer to a prayer and we actually received the revelation we were to meet a J. that day.
Elder A. is progressing so well and he is becoming more obedient each day. I appreciated the interviews this week and I have seen and felt a difference in the unity and respect within our companionship. I feel so much better after being able to talk to you:)
This week has flown by and I am excited for what's ahead this week. It is always a blessing to write to you and report on the blessings and powers of the priesthood.
I do apologise as I am having difficulty focusing at the moment. I have managed to sleep more than before and I am very healthy still. "

Not much to president this week as I am freaking out and did not have time to actually spill my guts in love;)
I cannot comprehend how other missionaries have time to write everyone... Momma I really am trying to use this golden time:) However, I am surrounded by noise and writing on an iPad with my hippo thumbs is atrocious.
I don't know how many pictures were sent to you so I will send you what I have.
I may have to distribute to other family members for size and I love you all so very much.
So as far as a coat, I have just used a raincoat its scarf and hat.
I will invest in an actual jacket this coming Christmas season!
Elder A.  is doing well and may be a trainer soon? So it would be 6 generations in the mission lineage!  Z. our RC is still doing really well.  She is actually here with us at the moment.
Something during sacrament yesterday was that , "have we made room for Christ?"  Stuck out to me and I loved that thought.
Did you receive the email from Sis. Ulrich?
If not I will send the photo with President:) they came to our district meeting! We had interviews after and it was so nice to have them close. I even got a new white handbook! Fun fact.
Love you very much and I am still finding details on Christmas.

With love and many a biscuit,

Crumbsy Mumsy!
HIYYAAAHHHH hahah I absolutely loved being able to open your email this early afternoon and reading it in your voice as well;) I don't think I will ever be able to forget the sound of your voice! It is just something we all know since the womb and will never forget.
Yes!!! Sister P. informed me a couple days ago of your new friendship and I couldn't help but express my excitement. I told her she should have made contact a while ago and now she has the pleasure of meeting the greatest momma in the world🌎 you are out of this world. If you don't get into heaven none of us will;)
So thankful for the insights on discipleship you provided and I admit I will have to read it when time is a little more in my favour. The time just flies by so quickly and I am trying to become more like a sponge. You can take a guess why 🌫 England continues to become a wet wasteland and I absolutely love it!
Our Dear friend D. B. sent me a letter Hahah I absolutely died it was so nice to hear from him! His brother D. comes home in a month and I think you should make some arrangements to become the greatest of friends with his family as I will be near them forever!
Heavenly Father Truly IS THE GREATEST!
I am so thankful you were able to get rid of the torrent tank! Heavenly Father is our greatest fan but I am His.
Thankful for the constant update and the family business.
P. says a quick hiya and biya and she is Soo grateful for you messages. She is your newest pen pal!
The BAPTISM!!!! The moment we have all been waiting for.
Elder A. baptised her and I got to confirm her the Sunday after.
The baptism was beautiful!

President Ulrich,

Hope you are doing splendid this fine morning:) It was so nice to receive your message this morning of support and love.
I have enjoyed this last week greatly as many things have been on my mind and my stress and worry has now been taken or simply eased by Heavenly Father. I have talked to so many interesting people this week and gained a much greater insight to what the gospel really means to people. As well as reflecting continuously on what the gospel means to me:) Something interesting was said yesterday in Sacrament meeting as Brother T. and President H.  visited our humble Bolton ward. It was such a strength to have such righteous examples in our midst and I felt the spirit so strongly as Brother T. mentioned the Power of the Sacrament and the Emblems/Symbolism.
The spirit truly manifested the validity of this ordinance as it is a continuous cycle to repent and improve. It was a beautiful meeting and I really did feel the spirit present.
I have made it a goal to work on the 40 day fast to magnify the teaching as a disciple of Jesus Christ. Elder A. and I discussed the powers of the priesthood evident in the scriptures and also the special patriarchal example within our future families. The priesthood at that point as a father is divinely based for you to seek revelation for your stewardship and posterity. The power of God truly is manifest on the earth today and I am humbled to hold such trusted power.
Elder A.  and myself have made the habit of waking and closing our day in obedience and I am thankful for the goals we have made in our companionship. This past weekend being the Baptism our friend Z. allowed the motivation of this work to proceed and we cannot wait to have that same satisfaction of bringing others to Christ.
Elder A. is doing very well in his training and we are finding a balance between the missionary life and still embracing his personality. He really does love this gospel and I strive to show him the blessing of living and learning as a missionary. To be honest I learn daily from him and if we can follow the true obedience of the Saviour the work will continue to flow throughout our missions.

Doing the best I can and learning every single day! No complaints;) Thank you for all that you do and remember there truly is sunshine in each of Heavenly Fathers children every day.
Love you ,
Elder Cooper
Bolton England"

The gospel is so true and Elder A. and I always look for opportunities to serve. We ran into some young men last night that were in trouble. Their battery died at that top of our hill and their car was stuck at the bottom of the hours. We timed the traffic and pushed with all our might and got the car moving pretty quick.
Our original thought was that these young men were going to cause some trouble and it turned out we got to give some service even though we were running late.
Every day is a blast with Elder A., we are hoping to stay together for Christmas but it may be time to leave Bolton.

Elder Cooper loves you more than you know.

 November 21, 2016

So this week was another mission filled roller coaster.
Tuesday was our Ashton Zone Conference and I absolutely loved it. Surprise right ;)! We talked much about plans for the coming Christmas season and how we can more effectively share the message of Christ. The new video for the season is so powerful and I can't wait for you to see it! It is to be released the end of Nov/early December and its sharing the love of Christ 25 ways in 25 days. Such a wonderful opportunity to learn how to be more effective:) We had a companionship exchange with the DL and he said some very kind things! All summarised he would love to see how much I fill my potential within this mission. No pressure.

Wednesday Elder A., P., W. ( Sister P's Nephew) and Z.  went to the temple and we all embraced the spirit so strongly. It was very powerful and it is never a waste of time being on the temple grounds. Around the world wherever you are find a temple and seek to find purpose, because you WILL find God’s purpose at the temple.
We have been given the Book of Mormon challenge to read before Christmas and I am so excited. I really need to read and not study as much in detail… I am getting behind.

Thursday's highlight was Elder A.  inviting me to write in my journal! I am doing my best but I am still very far behind and may just start from today! Catch up later.  I thought of writing myself a letter but we will see what happens

Friday Z.  had her baptismal interview and we cannot wait for her baptism this coming Nov 26th!
We had a wonderful member feed us!!!! We get fed well:) This member hasn't fed any other missionaries in 15 years! I feel so honoured.

Saturday we have a LA friend and her son that are hilarious! M. and her son, C:)  She was baptised 20 years ago and can't remember if it was our church and if it wasn't we will be baptising her very soon;) C. is a little ninja of 9 years. He was wearing my tag during our lesson in the library and didn't want to take it off when we left. We will be inviting him to be baptised next lesson and hopefully we stay to baptise him:) I promised him one of my tags:)

Sunday was stake conference with Elder Hans T Boom! He's was so powerful and loving and I had the pleasure of meeting him personally before he spoke. He waited in the foyer and met the missionaries and members - he was so natural:) His mission was London, England quite some time ago but he was weighed down that he never baptised anyone and I have had that thought many times. He found so many blessings from living the gospel…long story but his companions daughter and HIS son got married and baptised their three children.
Love this gospel! This was a very crazy update and in regards to your email thank you :)
Your words never cease to invite the spirit momma.
Christmas updates are not yet set in stone.  I have heard from other missionaries it is usually from members’ homes. But I will get a more legitimate answer next P day.
So nice to hear about your week and thank you for those questions.

Love you very much mom!

"President Ulrich
Stake conference yesterday was truly spiritual. I had a deep connection with the music and felt strongly of the spirit throughout the meeting:) I actually reflected on the past words of Sis Nelson as she explained the miracles of nature in the England Manchester Mission conference. I noticed as Sis Ulrich, yourself and Elder Boom rose to speak the most pure brilliance surrounded you from the chapel windows. As Sis Nelson explained - He even controls the skies:) So beautiful!

Carrying on with the miracles!
After the Bolton Elders had our exchange this week I have I chosen to implement many new powerful ways to use the morning devotional time:) Mainly beginning every morning 6am with a companionship prayer to invite the spirit and unity! As well as harnessing the gifts of discernment and revelation. I am continually seeing progress within my own studies and also within Elder A.’s training. He is sure to be a better missionary than I. I am really focused on the Book of Mormon challenge and seek to accomplish and fulfil this task. I felt a little behind as I was seeking more to study the Book of Mormon and would go into great depth to understand and feast yet I am readily reading at every moment now! It is powerful to read in great detail and yet there is such a power in seeing the journey unfold as we can read the great lengths prophets of old have gone for their foundation of faith! I absolutely love this challenge and wish I would've heeded these opportunities sooner. I have always loved my scriptures and now with my mission I have started with a fresh set! A new beginning for the greatest focus study and development of mortality! Missions truly are miracles!

Sleeping has gotten much easier and I am feeling increasingly more equipped for each day. I have started habits on this mission that I wish to never surrender. I was inspired at Stake Conference as you mentioned since your mission you had served weekly in the temple for 38 years. That was something that really struck me as before my mission  I truly looked to the temple as my home as well as the Lord’s. I still long to be near the temple greatly and I was so happy to bring our friend Z. this past week:)
We re-invited her to be baptised for the 26th of November and have been working hard to solidify baptism plans this week. I am so excited for Elder A. as I am sure this will be a very sacred experience for him.

Morning Schedule has been very good!
Daily planning has been successful and it's just the transition to the IPad that is a steady process but it shall be done:)
Emergency fund still £75 :)

Love you very much President,
Express my thanks to your greatest companion and my friend Sister Ulrich.

November 14, 2016

Momma dearest,

Our beautiful family is always the sunshine in the English downpour! I am so grateful for a lot of support to me when we are cross the world but just a prayer away from Heavenly Fathers love.
I absolutely love being able to hear about Ken's birthday party.  It was so nostalgic to think about large family gatherings and feel such immense love. This Christmas is going to be so strange to be away but I am very excited to see if I will stay in Bolton or if Elder A. and I will separate.... either way beautiful season and I will actually see you soon!!!! I cannot stop counting the days till Christmas knowing that I will be able to Skype you all but I will also be able to share the love of the Savior especially with those that cannot support themselves. The prepared who are striving to feel and know true peace and also find a magnified purpose to this mortality.
I am so privileged to have YOU. You are so wise and wonderful. I truly am blessed having such devoted parents and a mother who knows the atonement of our loving Savior. I cannot put into words how indebted I am too Heavenly Father that he loved me enough to send me to you.
As far as Christmas goes, money would be completely fine and I would love to send you a package as well. Ahhhhh the first Christmas!!!! Oh when I get home we should go travel the world to visit gorgeous temples! I will continue to save the money and we can make it a goal! Would you and dad be interested in a couples mission? Maybe something to think about in the future after Janae has 30 children and Mike has three grandchildren. That is incredible to think beautiful ordinances are restored to the earth and I feel so honoured to be in this generation. It terrifies me to think the gospel was not on the earth.  I do not know who I would be without it.
Janae always makes me laugh and I absolutely love our hysterical family unit. She's really something and I am so thankful she is taking the challenges in her course with the gospel as her foundation.
That craft story made me laugh because that is Jay to a T!
Because I couldn't attach the Presidents Email today updates...
Z. our friend is being baptised Nov 26th! We cannot wait!
Hope all is well and I will keep you up to date:)
Love you momma and all the best in the coming week.

November 8, 2016

"President Ulrich,
As invited previously this transfer began with Priesthood blessings! What a joyous opportunity to seek the will and promise from Heavenly Father for Elder A. and myself but also for the Bolton area. Many individuals to seek for this transfer and already many friends desiring to change. I had this beautiful experience with a Young Man named J. yesterday as we both were on the local public transport. He was finally dressed and I allowed that to be a common ground of interest to build spiritually. We only had a couple minutes to speak and we got talking right away. I found the work a lot more fruitful if I do not procrastinate conversations with Heavenly Fathers Children. Haha… well within those brief minutes I learned much about his search for truth and his general background, we have actually been praying for that exact name and Heavenly Father just put him in our path. The most glorious blessing of this gospel, even when the buses in England tend to be off schedule. Heavenly Fathers timing is perfect and I would sacrifice being in the cold and wet streets of England any day just to meet and help one of his tenderly loved children.
I absolutely love Elder A. and everyday he is growing in his comfort of this work. We feel so privileged to stay in the Bolton Area. It truly feels natural to be here and it shocks me to think it has already been 3 transfers. As I had mentioned Elder A.  and I have given numerous Priesthood Blessings; I have refused to count. Every day I feel so honoured to righteously bear the Power and Authority of God. I had such nostalgia of my early years during sacrament and hearing the power that we have as 12 year old young men is more powerful than the superpower leaders of countries. Absolutely beautiful that TRUST our Father in Heaven would have to bless the lives of others through those that will heed the call to action. I will never forget your explained difference between love and trust and I continuously admire your knowledge of this gospel. Every day is a new opportunity to learn AND live the gospel, Conversion is Key. The same resources are available to all; it is how we ponder and pray with that real intent that calls upon the answers from Heaven.
Our dear Friend D. is frustrated right now as he is troubled by why we would go to war being disciples of Christ? He is incredibly studious of the Bible and Book of Mormon and seeks ALL the evidence of the validity of this restoration. He has claimed there is bound to be evidence of some archeology somewhere and Elder A. and I have not a clue where the ruins are exactly to be found. He is going too deep and neglecting the simplicity of the gospel. He has put forth his ultimatum that if he does not feel it is true he is to stop visiting with us. FAST AND PRAYER. I feel he has already barricaded himself from the spirit and yet I really do see him in white President. Really what matters is "The master of Simplicity is our Saviour" and He is who we trust and follow.
I know this is His church and Elder A. and I have commissioned ourselves to find those who are prepared.
We cannot wait for the Baptism of our dear friend Z. , who is to be baptised on the 26th of November. I actually feel that if appropriate we could hold her baptism on the 19th of November:) Heavenly Father will make his plan happen.
I love you very much and I am thankful to arise and wish you a wonderful morning. Enjoy a beautiful week.  We shall call you soon and report our miracles. Promise:)
Thank you for what was said at the fireside both our friends (Z. and D.) appreciated what was said. It was so nice and I always love the testimonies of the recent converts. Soon it will be one of our beloved friends!
Love you President. I will never forget the interview with Sister Ulrich and yourself. I felt such love and devotion and sustain you within this calling. Although it is not easy, it sure has been worth it!  "

Love you momma! I am working hard to get the celestial kingdom for angels like you! I really do have inspired and beautiful parents! Thank you for working hard in this gospel.

October 31, 2016

Momma:)
So much happiness as the sun is shining and I have had such a beautiful day thus far.
We as a Bolton area are now gathered in the Chapel writing to our families😇 using the church for all its beautiful purposes. For some strange reason Princess Bride came to mind as I opened your letter:
"Mahwaagee is what bwings us too gevah todayy"
Such beautiful memories! This week has been a blast and I cannot believe it is P-Day already⏰ but I promise I am not complaining about time.
So yesterday at church we had a less active couple at church! Brother and Sister M.  have not been out for some time as a result of health and difficulty with ward relationships... Bless them. We have taken them sacrament many times and the last time we took them sacrament we invited them to partake in person and THEY DID! It was such a rewarding feeling to see them light up as they entered the chapel feeling home again:) Plus they have offered to feed us lunch/ dinner this Friday. I cannot wait;) Every time we visit them they offer us a chocolate ice cream bar (The Equivalent of a Breyers) It makes me feel like such a kid in a candy store. They really feel like family and I love them very much.
None of our other investigators came to church… however our teaching pool continues to grow and also, as in life there are many who break your heart with rejection. 2 Nephi 2:25
How about we just feel of GREAT JOY!!! I love this time to see people change and also to transform myself into a beautiful butterfly... Oh wait I am not a caterpillar.
I am so happy you got to laugh at my video… I wish I had more to share

Love you Momma C

President Ulrich :)

I have felt the nourishment of the gospel so strongly this week as I partook of the sacrament. I am so thankful for the power of the priesthood as Elder Allen and I have given many blessings this transfer. I will make dedicating my home a priority in the future as in this world those faithful desperately need the comfort and protection at all times. This gospel has been that protection and I have now seen as a missionary how real and intimidating this spiritual war truly is. I know more that we need the Armour of God at every moment and especially in our rest. We have used the Melchizedek Priesthood at every opportunity and it has prompted forth such wonderful blessings.

I absolutely love my mission family in the Bolton area and have developed such a divine friendship with so many powerful missionaries and hope to be honoured amongst them all. As these past few days have gone by I have reflected on the powerful examples of faith and purity I have seen in my seemingly small 20 years of experience. Using this time to become not only what I need to become but also raising others to see their potential. The trainings these past weeks have been such a blessing :) Elder Allen is beginning to see such a powerful vision of what matters and how he can better fulfil this divine purpose. This trust you have in me is from Heavenly Father and I have definitely seen that as many sacred experiences have brought us into unity with the Spirit. Such an enriching feeling!

I honestly feel this was the greatest time to come to serve in the ENGLAND MANCHESTER MISSION :) it has been such a blessed experience and I cannot believe the time has flashed by. Elder Allen expressed at the beginning of this transfer/his training his desire to make every moment count as we are quite literally on a spiritual timer. Everything you think, say and do has consequences of spiritual and literally merit. This daunting thought allowed me the ultimate question: What are you going to do about it? Having each moment mean something and being able to give my very best even just at times to scream it hurts. It was not meant to be easy but I have come to know every pain is worth it. For in that very moment the master is near healing us and offering us the opportunity to transcend yesterday and rise to the promise of tomorrow. A day of Repentance and a new opportunity to live EVERY covenant made in my seemingly small 20 years of experience to its full promised potential. The obedience to the work promotes miracles from the purity of the power that Authority alone cannot bring forth.

So this week we had an appointment with a friend from Ireland:) Elder B. and I had taught him for some time and we ended losing contact a little bit. We rescheduled many times and ended up bringing him the large print Book of Mormon as he had difficulty reading the normal print. The lesson was fantastic and as we closed he expressed his admiration for the intelligent and dignified vocabulary exhibited by missionaries of our church :) D's appreciation of language and conduct solidified my own gratitude for the "Barrier" of rules within this mission. Having that determination to be obedient has blessed Elder Allen and myself greatly; developing a higher plane of living and thought.

Love you very much President.
I am loving this time and understanding: Truth will prevail.
